Warranty Policy

Coverage Overview
S2Y products are covered by a warranty (excluding Gift Card). The warranty period is twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the first end-user, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Note: This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and remedies granted under applicable legislation. Any remedy (e.g., rectification, claim for damages, right to terminate the contract) granted by S2Y or by applicable law remains unaffected.
What’s Covered
The warranty covers all defects compared to the product specification that may arise within the warranty period, with exceptions noted below.
What’s NOT Covered
- Defects caused by:
- Disassembling our product
- Wrongful use
- Improper installation
- Non-factory repairs/modifications
- Improper adjustment
- Neglect (including “burn-in” and similar misuse)
- Damage from:
- Lightning
- Fire
- Water
- Other force majeure events
Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, please:
- Contact info@s2y.us
- Include your original invoice or proof of purchase
- Provide images or video showing the product issue
- Submit within the warranty period
Important Delivery Notes
Delivery Verification: If a package shows as “Delivered” on the courier’s website (e.g., DHL) for more than 1 month, the delivery details will be deleted. Claims must be made within 1 month of delivery status, or no refund will be possible.
Return Policy
- Wrong Product/Color: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence including the product and tracking number
- Non-Quality Returns: Must be requested within 7 days of receipt
- Customer covers return shipping
- Refund via Stripe after product receipt at warehouse
Service Guarantee
We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for:
- 90 days OR
- The remaining term of your product warranty (whichever is longer)
Special Cases
S2Y Series and Mouthwash Cup
For defects caused by disassembly, improper installation, or misuse:
- No free service available
- PAID service only for replacement parts
- Customer responsible for:
- Parts cost
- Shipping fee
- Applicable taxes
Gift Cards

Important Notes
- The warranty doesn’t cover consequential damage or indirect loss
- Products designed for specific locations may not be covered if used elsewhere
- Exercise caution with DHL “no signature required delivery” - S2Y is not responsible for missing packages
